The 2010 edition
‘the blue book’ in 2010 included the results of surveys conducted with 1444 candidates and 626 organisations - highlighting the prime drivers for candidates moving jobs and the key employment benefits offered by organisations.
Findings from 'the blue book' 2010 include:
- 62% of organisations surveyed believed being a ‘market leader’ would make them an attractive employer. Only 23% of candidates agreed.
- 91% of organisations surveyed did not view counter offers as a threat…
- Only 22% of employed candidates claimed that they were well or fairly treated during the recession.
- 53% of organisations said they continue to struggle to find talent

‘the blue book’ contains salary data tables displaying high, low and market rates for salaries in numerous job categories. Subdivided into vertical and geographic markets, each section contains a commentary by experts in each of the Angela Mortimer group’s specialist recruitment companies.
