Brand Democracy are a new research and strategy division of Chime Communications. They specialise in the production of strategic research projects for both private and public sector clients.

They are looking for someone with excellent account management, business development and team leadership skills to lead their work with private sector clients. Although experience of leading strategic research projects is useful it is not essential as candidates may come from a related marketing background.

Established in January 2008, Brand Democracy are growing rapidly and have ambitious plans to build their client base.

The cultural fit is critical - candidates must be intellectually sharp and up for an entrepreneurial challenge to complement their outstanding client management skills.
